Comprehensive Training & Support
Training is a vital ingredient in any business and why we dedicate so much time to it. We understand that different people need different training and support based on their experience, so we will assess your needs based on your experience and existing knowledge and develop the 1-2-1 training package around you.
During your training, we will go through a programmed series of training sessions covering many aspects of the industry. You will also get the opportunity to visit and meet local branch owners and work with them out and about so that you can experience the daily activities for real.
You will be introduced and trained on our market leading software and spend time operating the software. We will also introduce you to the legal aspects of lettings, including documents and notices, such as the legal function of notice’s, the development and segments of an AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement), rent collection, client accounting, laws regarding landlord obligations with Gas, Electricity, EPC’s, Furniture, Fire Safety and much more.
Work in a branch for a day
All our training incorporates a day in an active office, working alongside a busy successful franchisee allowing you to see for yourself what a day in the office is actually like, as well as asking as many questions as you can think of. Once you have completed this segment of the training the franchisee you have worked with will become your personal mentor, allowing you to bounce ideas off someone who has been through what you are experiencing now.
